As Olgun Medikal, we believe that selling only devices containing the industry’s most advanced technologies is not enough to ensure customer satisfaction.

However, the most important factor is to provide a technical service where the expectations can be met at the highest level and demands can be responded quickly, sharply and clearly during a partnership between the user and the representative with a mutual understanding, which will last for years.

With the mission of keeping human health above all else and having a background of satisfied customers, Olgun Medikal follows up-to-date technology in the supply of medical devices, carries out their maintenance within international standards and conducts their tests within the scope of quality assurance.

Olgun Medical has established a wide service network throughout Turkey. Our personnel is composed of experienced and dynamic Mechanical, Electronic and Biomedical Engineers graduated from Turkey’s leading universities. The number of personnel constantly increases in parallel with the number of devices. In this sense, we expand our existing staff day by day and support the technical and professional skills of our personnel with international and in-house technical training. Our portfolio is composed of the most critical devices for a hospital. For this reason, we make a large investment and keep a large stock of spare parts ready for our customers at any time in our own warehouse.  With the Professional Engineer staff who are provided with technical training on the work subjects after the University and equipped with the necessary test and measurement tools by the Manufacturer, the solution will always be by your side.

Our company is also equipped with service quality and compliance certificates such as Turkish Standards Institute Service Qualification Certificate, Ministry of Industry After Sales Service Eligibility Certificate, and ISO-9001 Certificate.

Except for in-warranty preventive and corrective maintenance services, we mainly provide three types of post-warranty services:
